Actually, things should get much, much MUCH worse. Rehnquist has cancer, Stevens and O'Connor are aging....much worse. Can you imagine Scalia or Thomas as Chief Justice? Can you imagine Halliburton's corruption becoming the norm for business with the government? IMO no amount of logic, rationality or facts will change the situation. It's all about propaganda and that's all about the media and that's all about advertising, customer base and money. I blame Clinton for the Telecom act and I believe Clinton blames himself as well. I think we should apply to Canada for adoption.
