OHIO: Bush is only 10,000 votes ahead. There are 71,000 provisional votes that haven't been counted yet. THAT could put Ohio in the Kerry column and change everything. Ohio could be 2004's Florida. Those provisional votes are new voters who can be challeneged. The Sec'y of State lost 2 court hearings on counting those provisional ballots and won the third hearing. This could be a real mess.
