It's something to do with the provisional ballots in Ohio....Think they said there were more than 100,000 of these still to be counted....If so they have to each one, be varified, and ID'd to see if they are really correct ballots.

Confusing....Did I hear that the difference in the votes for the candidates and the provisional ballots has to be a certain percentage...(100%)

Does anyone know about this?
