John Carlson and Kirby Wibur just made an observation about Kerry...Kerry could have just gracefully conceded. He has not. He is not a classy man. Not conceding yet, I can see. It's close enough. The classlessness lies in conjuring up the fighting words of 2000, "1 million disenfranchsed minorities", "fighting for your vote", etc, in an election where they are losing by 2% and there have been no reports of voting irregularities. Update: another example of their style: They just announced over the loudspeaker in Copley Square: "Thank you for coming. Good night." Those poor people have been freezing their butts in the rain for hours, and Kerry didn't even have the grace to thank them in person - or at least to send someone from the campaign! No class.
