kerry will think he will get them all. cahill says they will get 75% - 85% of the provisional votes. Guess they know how much fraud they paid for (in crack again?)

If 98 percent of the VOTES are also in (i.e., if the precincts yet to report have on average the same number of votes as the precincts that already reported), there would only be about 106,000 votes left to be counted, plus provisionals. Seems like too big a lead to outlawyer. I think Kerry will give it up tomorrow midday, maybe after giving advance notice to his buddy Soros so they can make some money playing the market tomorrow.
