What would have happened with a Kerry/Clark ticket...?

In today's world where voters hyperfocus on terrorism that could have been a much stronger ticket.

Press will not be Bush's lapdog this time around, imo. The hunt will on from day one. We won't be able to impeach him, but we have four years to drag him through the mud.

I don't know where you guys get that idea (i.e. that the press was Bush's lapdog.).
One only had to watch the faces of Jennings and Rather
last night, and to review the last couple of months
of coverage, at minimum, to put the lie to that notion.

Besides, your boy Kerry better give a message needed to
unite the country because his own background is not going to withstand scrutiny and there is
plenty of time for his
foes to uncover a lot of unsavory things, starting with his
questionable discharge status.

Bush has been vetted through 2 national campaigns.
The mainstream press didn't do their job on Kerry.
