Whatever your politics, the following facts are present:
Bush has a second term, a mandate (plurality of votes) and stronger control of House and Senate
With no concerns over another election, Bush can "run wild" if he wants, especially with the above cited legislative control.
Homeland security, defense spending, oil exploration initiatives should be major beneficiaries.
Bonds, and gay marriage planners should be major losers. larry
