I guess you are right, plus both House and Senate are now ruled by Republicans. He would have a very hard time.

Sadly to say, most of the US voters are dumber than I thought to be<g>

KT, our founding fathers wanted a representative democracy not pure democracy - thus we have an electoral college system. Small states like RI, CT, VT, NH would have little voice without electoral college system. The next 4 yrs will not be a good time to be president . Mike
