i remember tyc.. bought that near the bottom and then let Cramer after weeks saying it was going bust and scared me out of it. I still wonder if he was short the stock? g took profits way too early. But i never used to take profits so i have assume i have improved some. see ya.

I agree with you. At some point MRK will be beaten down to a point that makes it an excellent opportunity for long term gains.

MDR was an asbestos company that saw its price drop below $4. Today it's selling for more than $14.

I recall MO down at $20 with all of their law suits back during the Clinton administration and people saying they wouldn't touch it. Then it traded up over $55 plus their fine dividends.

I was in PVN when it traded down to $3 and sold when it got above $14.

There comes a point when the selling dries up, the bad news no longer takes the price lower and smart money starts to accumulate.
