AC Flyer: Well, your way certainly turned out the way to bet. And your reasoning could be right from the news analyses I am reading now. Kerry did draw the new voters - the younger people and singles -versus Bush's attraction to the older crowd.

It will give you a much better insight into why Mr. Bush has done so well. (Yes the author is slightly to the left of center, IOW a typical Canadian LOL) I'd say but the polling data the book is based upon are fascinating. It's a short, easy and entertaining read.

BTW we have an even older demographic up here in Canada as I'm sure you are aware and Mr. Bush would never come close to being elected up here. Its far more the direction of American society than demographics.
