You might be surprised. I think people like Chirac are in trouble. I decided before the election that regardless of the outcome we'd be ok. Though it went my way I still believe that to be true. People like you and I will live the same as we ever did Pat. And if we don't Bush will be held accountable. We all want the same things from and in our country.

One thing that is very strange is how much the exit polls differed from the final results, especially in Ohio. Remember that Ohio uses Diebold voting machines in many areas. These machines have no paper trail. Early in the campaign, Diebold CEO Walden O'Dell, a GOP fundraiser, promised to deliver Ohio to Bush. He later regretted having said that.
