They actually did already and picked up a few more. And getting rid of Dashole should go a long way towards making things work. I want to see the filibuster nonsense ended and I want to see some judges seated damnit. This last 4 years were absurd in that dept.

....and said he hoped the healing process could now begin after a bitter presidential election campaign.

You know what, politicians should stop hopeing that the healing can begin from bitter campaigns and instead, should stop running such divisive campaigns. I'm sure a lot of people are nodding their heads at this wonderful piece of sensitive bullshit, but they really should be saying "we shouldn't be in this situation where we need to "heal" anyway".

I'd really love to see a campaign that focuses on why people should vote for the candidate instead of why the people shouldn't vote for the other guy.
