Why is it the left continues to think of conservatives as buffoons? They're a highly educated group. Again, someone else that needs to digest the results and learn:

Florida exit poll breakdown by education.

I've been wondering about the urband legend bandied about after every election. The idea was that the IQ of the GOP supporters are X notches below that of the DEMs. Looking at the now discredited exit-poll for florida for just entertainment purposes, we have this :

Bush Kerry
No High School (3%) 45% -2 53% 1%
H.S. Graduate (20%) 48% +6 51% 0%
Some College (34%) 51% +2 48% 0%
College Graduate (27%) 56% n/a 44% 0%
Postgrad Study (15%) 53% +1 45% 1%

This piece of juicy statistics once again blows away that piece of urban legend. In fact people with postgrad degrees went for Bush by 8 pts while the less-educated chose Kerry by a similar 8 pt margin.

If you examine the OHIO exit poll breakdown, a similar patterns exists in the vote breakdown by education.

It's time this piece of juicy trivia is entered into snopes.
