I think the downward slide is long overdue. Fundamentals are not that great in the first place and then this idiot comes back for four more years.

If the dollar is devalued vis a vis Euro and Yuan, the slide can be stopped, IMO. I would say by end of 2005 the year 2002 lows will definitely be tested.

I know you don;t think of gold as an investment alternative. After 18 months of of staying away from it - I am hedging my bets by being long on gold stocks.

FYI, just sold some Apple Computer LEAPS for a extrordinary gains. Feels good to make money but it feels awful to accept Dumbya for another four years.
