No way.

First off, you haven't read the past posts of those who I am talking about. Lies were the norm. Smears, hate, innuendo, all were fair game to get the big prize for these posters. They should be hanging their heads in shame.

The lady I am referring to is in the realm of what I consider normal, yes. The large part of the others I spoke with from that side of the aisle, were not.

To want to understand and discuss the issues is normal. To get real discussion and answers is normal. To be respectful of others opinions is normal yes. The other folks were quick to ban, ignore, ridicule, lie, spew hate and answer reasoned posts with BS.

That's my experience, so I don't owe anyone an apology nor a need to feel shame. That side of the aisle was not well represented here within the confines of SI. I stand by what I said, with a slight revision.

9 out of 10 of the Dems I talked to about this election were not what I consider normal by Society standards, not mine. They are more aligned with sociopaths that regular citizens.

As far as hate filled? Not a prayer of that. I say we got 4 more years of Bush, drop the baggage at the door and start anew. It is a golden opportunity to ditch the hate that happened because of the 2000 election.

I'm still dealing with Kerry supporters who are openly calling Bush hitler. There's your hate kiddo.
