The battle was fought by soldiers with bravery above and beyond the call of duty. For each of you who felt the needs of the many moving you to personal sacrifice, thank you. We all know that the cost to you all is high. You have had to withstand attacks from your flank, and try as we might, we were not able to provide the cover fire necessary to keep you from harms way. Each of you has suffered through the inadiquacy of our defense. Your honor has been questioned openly by some. Your motives have been questioned. Your personal lives have been scoured for any faults or troubles. Under fire, you stood up and exposed your breasts to the attackers and said, "here is my heart, you haven't the honor or bravery to hit it." Many of you must have relived memories long supressed because the pain they brought each time they surfaced. Please be assured that Americans everywhere feel your pain. We almost had your honor ripped from us by those whose interet in partisan gain was greater than their willingness to tolerate the truth. What little honor I have compared to you, I offer up to replace that which was stolen from you. Please take this symbolic gesture, and know that once again, when our country needed you, your unselfish sactrice is noted. Flowing ribbons and shiny medals I cannot grant you, only the respect and admiration of one not able to serve as you have, bravely. For your sacrifice, this great land owes you eternally. Know that the course of future history has been altered by your selfless actions, and that the course we avoided would have lead us to certain ruin. A man who would offer up your breathren and children to a corrupt international body to dispatch to their deaths has been thwarted in his and his allies attempts to take over the Presidency of the greatest land in the world. The only man with the courage and strength of character has been returned to the office to finish the job. Many soldiers have laid their lives down for this cause through many actions done to us and some by us. Each life lost is one to many. Each life saved is one needed to gather strength for the fight ahead. The beacon of freedom and liberty in a part of the world with a dark recent history is miracle which would not be possible without you. The turmoil and darkness avoided has greater value than many could ever appreciate.
