What ever role Senator Kerry plays, he has committed himself to working for the betterment of the country. I fully expect him to do that.

I don't mean this to be harsh, but this statement is a perfect example of being out of touch with reality. There is no way we will be going back to the draft. It's not needed and not supported by this administration.
