I agree with you. This is political civil war in the US BECAUSE OF BUSH. Bush has ZERO ability to heal anything since he is a destroyer of other people's works and not a creator of anything.

He bankrupted two companies and demolished people's private property in order to make his millions. Bush is NOTHING, he's a LOSER without his father.

Half of the country despises Bush and 99% of the World agrees. Bush is the most reviled President in the history of the US.

Bush is now demanding $70 BILLION more for Iraq which brings the total to $220 BILLION and the war has no end in sight. In addition, he's demanding that the debt ceiling be raised to $8 TRILLION. Republican conservatives are apoplectic and will divide their own party in two.

The evil evangelicals have gone too far in trying to turn the US into a Hitlerite Theocracy. The backlash has already started, the gloves have come off and the moderate majority will WIN OUR COUNTRY BACK.

You're also right that this IS the 1960s again. The big government, big spending Republicans are using the power of office to abuse the rights and liberties of the American people. They're incompetently prosecuting a war which will devastate an entire generation of people on both sides.

The backlash against the Iraq Invasion is already here. The backlash against big government spending and the demolition of Social Security, Medicare, Environmental Protection, Civil Liberties etc. is starting up as well.

It's a FIGHT with NO PRISONERS.

In the former Soviet Union and in Iraq under Saddam, 100% of the population voted for the incumbents. Using your logic, wouldn't it be nice if the U.S., Canada, Britain, France, Germany, and other democracies also showed similar unity, instead of the messy "devisiveness" of elections, whether 51% to 48% or otherwise?

You clearly know nothing about American politics or history, let alone democracy, or you believe your readers to be so simplistic and naive as to be susceptible to irrational propaganda. Please do us a favor and keep it on your side of the border. I hope it's appreciated there more than here.
