Paul, As a sick payback, the Administration will now act with the confidence they have earned their mandate, and will move forward on their agenda with an added degree of swiftness, sacrificing the lives and limbs of the children of those who voted for them. The only representation in this government has is the donors list of 527 associations. So the country continues on an endless crusade that takes us wherever those donors guide us, to places with oil and the other commodities required to satisfy the consumptive addictions of the American populace. The only vote in this election was whether consumption would be allowed to continue unabated or not. We now have prioritized freedom of consumption above human rights, individual rights and even life itself. So we sit in the back seat of the highway bus, it is dark outside, the road is slick with ice and our speed accelerates. Some wish we could wrest control of the driver, but he is guarded by henchmen who have their own agenda, and they play videos of the Swiss mountainside on our movie monitors to placate us. The people at the front of the bus believe what they see on the video and support the henchmen. The minority at the back can see the course we are on has one sickening end to it.
