Yes, I see that you are talking about the upgap after Labor Day. (The H on Friday Sep.3 was 11.38 and the L on Tuesday Sep.7 was 11.39), so there was a $0.01 up-gap which was not filled since the stock did not trade below the $12 level since then.

I grabbed some more IPII this morning. Seems like lucky timing on my part. This is one company that a reverse stock split may help as they get a more realistic PE eventually. Are you still holding?
