One person, one vote, or whatever. They probably need to give us more congresspeople. It will never work out entirely equitable, but a lot of states would be losing a rep or two to us. I think we picked up 3 more in '00, but then they end up 10 years behind, until the next census.

Them what grows in the interim gets diluted congressional representation; more people/member. Them what loses gets a more concentrated one.
