Rangel supports it in terms of fairness. Folks that are rah-rahing about the war better send their own sons and daughters if they think it is worth fighting. Since they are not volunteering, they will have to be drafted. That was and is Rangel's intention. Don't worry though, we will have a draft in Dumbya's second term. But he will give it a nice name to dupe folks like you. It doesn't matter what name he gives it if your kids' asses are getting blown off in a faraway land.
