The Perils and Pitfalls of Investing on IH's ShamelessBegger's Board

While art sometimes imitates real life,
and some try to put art, music & fun into their real lives,
just arrived is a board on Bob & Matt's Investorshub Inc.
a board that could be a prelude to the birth of this thread.

Dear Folks,

Hello to all!

I stumbled onto this enjoyable site recently and find it a breath
of fresh air amidst all the sites and groups with their hidden
(and not so hidden) agendas, usually involving attempts to remove
hard-earned dollars from our wallets and purses.

I come to you with a proposal
(a "plea" as in begging is probably more accurate):

I would like to find about twenty open-minded individuals,
who still remember their early struggles with stock investing
and who would love that warm glow that comes from helping
another human being, each to lend me $100 for about four months,
with a promise to return $120 to each for your time and trouble.

Briefly, I'm trying to raise $2000 to add to my $500 to...

Thanks sincerely,
weakhandnomore

Shameless beg part 2:

Details:...

My wife, who is legally blind...

We live frugally but...

... have pissed away about $30,000 in the process.

We need a chance to do it the right way...

Please help.

I can email you back a signed promissory note for you to sign
and mail with your investment in my future for those of you...

Thanks again from the bottom of my heart!
