Your argument is precisely correct but your conclusion just gives into the right-wing. They WILL lie, cheat, steal, go to war and murder innocent women and children in order to get and maintain power. THAT is the ENEMY and that is BUSH. He has always been like this and the Dems have been slow on the uptake. Even during this campaign, Bob Shrum told Kerry to take the hold road. Total BS. Kerry should have fired his campaign staff and brought on the Clintonites immediately. He should have used Edwards better and then done anything to win. The Kerry campaign never got to the $87 billion thing: Kerry voted to have the wealthiest Americans pay their fair share of the $87 billion. Bush would have vetoed the entire $87 billion if his friends couldn't get their tax cut. THAT's THE TRUTH but Kerry couldn't articulate it even during the debates. 55 million pissed off Americans MUST inundate their media and their representatives and their organizations and their churches and their neighborhoods with PROPAGANDA from here until WE WIN. WE MUST WIN in order to govern. We don't need the extremists, we only need the soft and pliable center AND those who didn't bother to vote. It doesn't take much. 3 million is nothing and, in reality, it would only have taken Ohio. Nevada and New Mexico were within a point or two and Colorado is sending a Dem to Congress AND one Republican senator is threatening to switch parties out of sheer disgust. It's PROPAGANDA which is always more important than the truth in these things. WE MUST LEARN this lesson in order to win in order to govern in order to save our country from the POS Fascists who have stolen it from us.
