Joe and Martha Scarbourgh Country aren't exactly fueling this rally, so I guess that leaves what, hedge funds buying futures?

Flows: Oct 27
Independent Data on Fund Flows & Holdings

Equity funds report net cash inflows totaling $1.078 billion in the week ended October 27 with Domestic funds reporting inflows of $338 million;

Correspondingly per my Barrons using source Thomson Financial, stock offerings were $5.8 billion the last week of October.

So let's add it all up, we have the CBs printing money, and buying USD debt with it, we have lots of insider/144 selling, a full plate of IPOs, and then we have hedge fund ramping the market with leverage and futures. LOL.
