1.Virginia's state Constitution would not allow them to declare a state religion and Thoams knew this....he is reading the Constitution very narrowly....I happen to agree with the approach....the legislature needs to do its job.... 2. I happen to agree with Thomas...I don't beleive the Court's should second guess once the President determines an enemy combatant unless the determination is wholly unmerited.....
