Seatbelts save more lives than they take away.
You are inviting the public to your bar. They are entitled to a healthy environment. Just like they are entitled to feel that hygiene is practiced by food handlers and not be NEEDLESSLY exposed to disease and that they are being served food that is prepared properly and safely and is not spoiled.
Is getting ill an acceptable factor in restaurant critique?
What about your employees?
Are they forced to either tolerate unhealthy conditions or work somewhere else?

Here in MD you can't cut a live tree on your property without a permit.

Oh, I'm so sorry....NOT! Move to a red state.......you can kill anything you want to your heart's content.

Thanks again for making the case for secession!

Dude, it is just too simple for them to understand.

In my blue state you will be fined for not wearing
a seatbelt while driving your Hummer, but not for
riding without a helmet on your Harley.

Evidently that makes perfect sense???????
