('Libertarian' does not equal 'Liberal' on most factors. Liberals generally support a BIGGER GOVERNMENT role, aka: 'Big Mommy government', while Libertarians oppose both the high taxes that feed government... and the big Authoritarian role for government itself. The ONE area where Libertarians and Classical Liberals MAY see eye-to-eye, is in supporting an expansive concept of 'inalienable human rights'... but there too, Liberals often get it wrong I believe, and support the establishment of 'special classes' for rights... which only leads to discrimination and bigger government.)
