How can you, Jewel, not a Republican, reconcile an activist (some say radical) executive and legislative branch impressing thier view of moral values on a country with a Constitution guaranteeing individual liberty and freedom?

Easy. The constitution guarantees individual liberty and freedom.

I have the freedom to hold my moral values and to express them. So does Bush. Do you have a problem with the Constitutional guarantees?
