PETA annoys me because of it's actions against sled dog racing. Fine with me if those folks want to agitate for healthy standards, but the outright opposition is ridiculous. Those sled dogs are a lot happier than a lot of pet dogs who stay home alone all day. Habitat is critical and hunters help support habitat in selected areas. But the overall planetary mass extinction continues without let up. Agriculture, urbanization, chemical pollution... it's a death of a thousand cuts.
