ANYONE who votes against LINE ITEM VETO has NO RIGHT to question our debt. IF President Bush or ANY President had line item veto I would hold THAT ONE PERSON responsible FOR OUR BUDGET, but without LINE ITEM VETO I hold CONGRESS and ONLY congress responsible. A president CANNOT and WILLNOT shut down the government by vetoing entire spending bills to irradicate an estimated 10-15% of BULLCRAP that is included in them. jdn
