"they will be split in the same percentage as the Ohio votes already counted." Maybe, maybe not exactly the same breakdown. Supposedly more provisional ballots were handed out in the urban counties.... "Same with absentee ballots." That one I don't know about. Supposedly more of the military vote will go to bush then the general ballots (I have no reason to disagree with that), but I don't know how many of the votes will be from non-military expatriots in OH. (I have heard though, that the non-mil expatriot vote is several times larger then the mil though.... Many millions of US citizens live and or work overseas... don't know how many voted though.)
