I disagree -- in my view hundreds of tons of explosives, 760,000 pounds in total, can make many massively destructive weapons. No one knows with certainty if or how much nuclear material was looted or specifically stolen. No one knows where the viruses stolen went and for what purpose.

But this is irrelevant now. You seem to be late to the "new and improved" (or old and resurrected) FADG thread, but I'm sure you'll catch up eventually as I have.
