Let me try again. SS is not the subject of my comments or my concern. Unifying the country is. I am discouraged when I see Bush make these kinds of comments. Personally, I don't think he cares if the country is united or not. I don't think he cares if the country is split apart. I think he sees it as opportunity for him, i.e., divide and conquer. If this is true, then we will spend the next four years fighting each other instead of working together for what's best for our country. I sure don't see compromise anywhere in his statement.
