If one looks at the map BY COUNTIES of the vote, one sees that ALL of the nation is RED except for large urban population centers where the INNER CITY searchers for free handouts and some pockets of questionable legal status aliens which are blue. As a NATION Bush won FAR BIGGER then the NUMBERS show. What that means is that CONGRESS will continue to GROW REPUBLICAN. If the Dems dont change their leadership and their message I suspect they will be MARGINALIZED in our Congress in the years to come. jdn

There is no requirement in the Constitution or Laws that Bush appoint Dems to his Cabinet, to high political postions, submit leftist non-constitutionalist judicial nominees, or adopt leftist party platforms.
