MWitte, HEC -- I stand corrected, I thought Mikel was completely gone from there. When he got bailed out by this Lyford Investments a few years ago they put in Allan Quasha as CEO, and Mikel now reports to Allan. Whenever they issue a PR it is Allan that gets quoted, not Mikel. Mikel made some dumb moves (such as drilling a $20M+ dry hole) in the late 90's. In his defense, oil prices then were so low that unless a well in Colombia did a coupla thousand bopd it was not commercial, so you had to swing for the fences. This is obviously no longer the case.
