"No....the evidence was contradictory...and in light of 9/11 and 12 years of defiance by SH...Bush did what any prudent President would have done.....and of course the old saw about OBL being "fumbled" is simply and cogently debunked by those who were there.....like Tommy Franks and his deputies," 1) The evidence was contradictory, the cherry picking was not. 2) Is OBL dead? Is OBL out of the picture? Is OBL a threat to the US? If any one of these questions can be answered with a no then the ball was fumbled. 3) Referring to Franks and his deputies as cogent sources is akin to asking wolves to guard geese.
