I haven't tried WMT yet, but as far as blockbuster goes, I'd pay maybe $6 a month for it.

It seems like they are intentionally trying to get subscribers to use the service as little as possible, while Netflix is set up so that you can get the most out of it.

Although I haven't changed my position on Blockbuster (still own it), I have to give credit where it's due.

Netflix just announced a type of buddy-list where you can share your queue/favorites with others; In addition, Netflix is offering gift subscriptions.

Just this week, I thought "wouldn't it be cool if as a XMAS present I could give someone a 1-month subscription to Blockbuster.com and along with this gift give them a list of 10 great movies to rent." Netflix has just offered this ability to its users.

Hopefully, Blockbuster will quickly jump on Netflix's innovation bandwagon.
