It can be up and running and in full swing in 6 months. So says the guy in charge of selective service.

Even better, there's a plan for a really selective service: a special skills draft for occupations. That could include people into their mid 40's.

They would go well with the 60 year old reservist types being pressed back into service in Iraq.
