Hi Paul POCC... is a gamble of course but the small market cap size of RVEP allows them to add assets that should be very meaningful at the beginning. Everyone of these companies I followed that have split into MLP's have done quite well.

TMG has announced it is going to do it as well but it won't happen overnight it takes a long while to get a ruling from the IRS from what I can see.
