Point being made is that Section 8 has not been cut and take a look at the clarification letter from the HUD site.

Our nonprofit is in the process of aquiring sec 8 buildings before they are flipped to market rents. While it is a socialized program that has people earning significant money in higher rate areas, they do have alternatives.
