The media have ignored one of the key factors behind the Bush victory -- the unprecedented Asian support for the US dollar. This support when all is said and done has so far shielded the US populace from paying any meaningful economic or financial price for the Iraq war.

Does anybody really think this can continue much longer? And the sh..t will REALLY hit the fan when this support ends or is significantly reduced.
