Liberalism is all about telling other people what to do.

Telling someone not to smoke in a public place is not the same as telling someone what to do in their bedroom or when they should practice their faith. Its too bad you don't see the difference.

Well, dude, you've got your way. Have fun! This is not my country any more.

RE: "isn't it Amy J that wants the government to force people to eat healthy?"

The government was "forcing people" (your words) to eat unhealthy food. I already explained this. Public schools were only offering junk snack food, not healthy snacks.

Some kids prefer healthy snacks.

If unhealthy food is offered by the govt then why shouldn't healthy food be offered? What's wrong with this?

I also think health insurance premiums should be based upon people's behavioral risk factors, not their age. Why should the person that jogs, hikes and dances every week pay the same rate as the smoker that never exercises? As a Republican, are you no longer for accountability and responsibility?
