You mean corporate farmers. As for "dumping," it's mostly just labor arbitrage. They can do it cheaper overseas and they export deflation here. If the steel industry had been able to outsource production they would have done it. Instead, they begged Bush for tariffs and got them. This is from the "free trade" president. In other words, anything to help his friends, regardless of principle. That's the corporate tax bill just passed.
