Thats a good point Dave, one often overlooked. I would add that OFTEN DRUG TREATMENT can overcome a problem that previously would have required far more extensive AND EXPENSIVE treatment. That being said, I do think Drugs are OVERPRESCIBED in this country. I am a big believer in alternative medicine. I have read a lot of books and articles on NATURAL "drugs". They arent as potent often as prescription drugs, thus they take longer to work, but the are usually far safer and can be in many cases equally as good. Personally, I take 27 different roots barks and herbs every day. I probably overdo it, but everyone IMHO ought to take a good multiple vitamin, a 1000 mg, Vit C, an E, a Calcium Magnesium supplement, garlic and selenium and if you can afford it 150mg of Q10 dayly. jdn

So why are the exact same drugs cheaper everywhere but here?
