1. What kind of difference does it make if 2% of SS gets gambled on the market? I mean, not to brokerage firms who have wet dreams over this one but to the individual?

2. At a cost of some $85/billion a year to fill that gap, why not pull 100% of the taxbreaks to the wealthy and knock off the Iraq war to pay for it? I think the tax break is about $85 billion all on its own.

3. If people had better jobs and the distribution of resources in the US were more even, SS wouldn't be as big an issue.

4. If people died earlier, SS wouldn't be as big an issue. Let's consider preventing 50+ year olds from exercising and make them eat at Mickie D's at least twice a day.

I believe that this little trick in and of itself would completely solve SS.
