Worth reading. Do you think the Democratic party can hear this young woman?

I think that the Democrats have to make a list of their beliefs and analyze each of them. For those they can demonstrate to be true, they should package them into a coherent whole, explain their validity, and push them. For those that can't stand the daylight, throw them out. The Dems have a lot of baggage. They need to either make good arguments for their positions or drop them. IMO.

Good letter. I think it's right on target.

Wonderful letter.

He won because he has values, clearly defined values, and even though I agree with little of what he believes, at least I know what he believes. At least I know that he really does believe in something. At least I know that he will do what he says he will do.

That's disgustingly little, but unbelievably – you offered me less.

Bingo.

Whoever wrote this letter captured the frustration of many of the Democrats, as well as some of the Republicans, IMO. In many ways, the writer of this letter expressed similar views to those of Zell Miller. The Democratic party chose not to listen to Miller, and obviously didn't try to capture anyone with views like the writer of this letter.

Nancy Pelosi was on the radio today, and she too thinks they lost on values, church going, or non church going, etc etc.

Perhaps #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 and especially #6 and #7 of this letter would make her understand a bit more.

Slam! Now that was about the best analysis I have seen of the election. The pundits I saw today on Chris Mathews today, who think they are so in touch and intelligent, should read that post.
