So Iraq, Iran, North Korea, China, Pakistan, India and Libya have just started nuclear arms programs since Bush has been President?

Why bother responding with statements such as these? I certainly never made such an assertion.

I did say that as a result of Bush's policies, it would not be a surprise to see a threatened nation accelerate if not start a weapons program.

As for Libya - sure, any nation may choose any course of action. I don't expect too many to follow Libya's path.
