Of course he was wired. Senator Bunning had a telepromptor during his "debate" with the other guy. Bunning still won. I don't know about southerners! they voted for an obvious Alzheimer victim in Kentucky, and in Missouri they voted for the dead guy who ran against Ashcroft posthumously. I think they would vote for an inanimate object.
