As a boy being the youngest my mother would auto back to Oklahoma for a visit every summer and take me along. We would stop off in Texas and visit our cousins. There was never any air conditioning just an a electric fan if lucky and usually just the one. I remember sleeping on the screened in porch or the floor at night 'cause it b hot in Oklahoma and Texas in the summer'. I weaker now I have to have air.
